SKID PATH FROM P&ID TO DETAILED ENGINEERING

Starting from an already existing P&ID (Process and Instrumentation Diagram) provided by Customer, we are able to perform the following engineering steps and activities:
P&ID Analysis;
Check and choice of Valves and Instruments;
Piping engineering, including stress analysis;
Structural Baseframe and supports engineering, including stress analysis;
Electro-instrumental detailed engineering (performed by reliable partners);
Skid 3D General Arrangement;
Isometric Drawings;
Details Drawings.

MECHANICAL DESIGN & CODES

Delta Engineering Technical Department performs mechanical design according to the following Codes:
ASME VIII Div.1 – ASME VIII Div.2 – EN 13445 – PED 2014/68/CE – API – AS – AD2000 – PD5500 – ATEX – VSR – VSG – GOST – IBR.
Furthermore, we have experience with the main following Standards and Practices:
NACE TM0177 – NACE TM0284 – NACE MR0175 – NACE MR0103 – TEMA “B” – TEMA “C” – TEMA “R” – Shell DEP – Exxon Mobil – Total – SnamProgetti – ENI / SAIPEM – GE Nuovo Pignone – NORSOK.
