Delta Engineering is founded on March 27th 1981 as Official Italian Representative of LECHLER GmbH, Worldwide leader in manufacturing Spray Nozzles.
DELTA ENGINEERING ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION
Delta Engineering Srl is certified ISO 9001 by Bureau Veritas Italia first time on April 8th 2006 for design and manufacturing of filters, pressure vessels, piping and sales of spray nozzles and relevant equipment.
COSMEC ACQUISITION
Delta Engineering acquires Cosmec Srl, a family Company born in 1957 and specialized in manufacturing of steel structures, poles, lighting towers and pressure vessels, moving headquarter in Via Sabbio, Dalmine (Italy) for a total Area of 8.000 sqm.
DELTA ENGINEERING PURCHASING A NEW WORKSHOP
Delta Engineering purchases a brand-new workshop as second production facility located in Via Friuli, Dalmine (Italy) for a Total Area of 4.000 sqm.
DELTA ENGINEERING FILTRATION DEPT
After spending 10 years in steel mill water applications (descaling headers), Delta Engineering establishes an internal filtration department. This new business will bring strong know-how acquisition in water treatment and later in gas applications too.
ELFOR CONTROLS ACQUISITION
Delta Engineering acquires Elfor Controls Srl, a Start-Up Company born in 2006 and specialized in manufacturing of actuators for valves and valves automation.
COSMEC ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION
Cosmec Srl is certified ISO 9001 by Bureau Veritas Italia first time on August 6th 1999 for design and manufacturing of Pressure Equipment, Piping and Steel Structures.
RELOCATION TO BRAND NEW PLANT
Delta Engineering and related affiliates relocate to a brand-new plant in Via Bastone, Dalmine (Italy) for a total Area of 30.000 sqm. ASME “U”, “U2” and “S” Certificates of Authorization have been updated under the name of “COSMEC – DELTA ENGINEERING”.
COSMEC ASME U-U2-S CERTIFICATIONS
Cosmec Srl achieves ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) “U”, “U2” and “S” Certificates of Authorization for manufacturing and assembly of Power Boilers and Pressure Vessels.
NEW PLANT EXPANSION
Delta Engineering begins a plant expansion erecting new workshop equipped with Nr.2 40 Tons/each overhead Cranes, in order to increase its lifting capacity and production up to 100 Tons.
DELTA ENGINEERING WORLDWIDE SALES EXPANSIONS
Due to increasing foreign market opportunities, Delta Engineering decides to expand its target worldwide.

HISTORY & EXPERIENCE, NON-STOP evolving
Formerly located in its historical headquarter in Via Sabbio 93, Dalmine (Italy) since 1981, starting from middle of 2016, Delta Engineering and related subsidiaries move to a brand-new plant located in Via Bastone 148/150, Dalmine (Italy).
Activities are developed in a 30.000 sqm area, which includes main office building and Nr. 3 workshops:
- 7.000 sqm of Covered Area for Carbon Steel;
- 2.000 sqm of Covered Area for Stainless Steel;
- 1.000 sqm of Covered Test Area;
- 700 sqm of Offices Area;
- 20.000 sqm of Open/Uncovered Area.
Delta Engineering holds a second Workshop/Warehouse in Via Friuli 23/25, Dalmine (Italy), whose total Area is 4.000 sqm.
